摘要
在查阅大量相关文献的基础上,对硅藻土提纯技术及硅藻土制备助滤剂技术的研究进展进行了综述。由于优质硅藻土资源的紧缺,利用硅藻土提纯精土制备助滤剂是行业发展所需,高效、环保的物理提纯技术的应用是中低品位硅藻土提纯关键,硅藻土助滤剂焙烧技术已较成熟,开发研究具有特殊性能尤其是方石英含量较低的助滤剂产品是行业发展趋势,具有一定的参考价值。
On the basis of study on various related literatures and references,the technologies of the purification diatomite and the preparation of filter aids were summarized.It＇s essential to make use of the purified diatomite of prepare filter aids owing to the limit of high-grade diatomite resources.The application of high-efficiency and dissolvable physical beneficiation technology is crucial in the purification of mid and low-grade diatomite,and that should be extended.The roasting technology of diatomite filter aids is relatively mature.Now,it is the development trend of the industry to develop the filter aids with special properties especially containing the low content of cristobalite,which has a certain reference value.
