摘要
胰腺癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一。目前主要的治疗方法包括外科治疗、化疗、放疗、介入治疗以及物理治疗。外科手术仍是治疗胰腺癌最有效的手段,可以有效提高患者的生存期,但术后并发症发生率高,5年生存率低。本文通过分析当今胰腺癌外科手术的各种方法,对胰腺癌外科治疗现状进行了综述。
Pancreatic cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive system. At present, the main treatments include surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, interventional therapy, and physical therapy. Surgery is the most effective mean of treatment of pancreatic cancer, which can effectively improve the survival of patients. However, the incidence of postoperative complications is high, and 5-year survival rate islow. In this paper, by analyzing the various methods of pancreatic cancer surgery, the surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer was reviewed.
