摘要
从工艺与设备研制、样机试验、成桩质量及荷载试验等方面对长螺旋钻孔后插钢筋笼灌注桩施工工艺进行了阐述,并就其中关键部件与环节,如振动锤、钢筋笼导入管、导入管与钢筋笼的连接等作了较详细的介绍。试验表明,长螺旋钻孔后插钢筋笼灌注桩施工工艺施工简洁、无泥浆或水泥浆污染、噪声小、效率高、成本低,承载力高且成桩质量稳定,是一种很好的灌注桩施工方法。
This paper describes some aspects of continuous flight auger bored pile with subsequently inserted cage, such as its construction technology and equipment, prototype piling rig, quality control, load test, etc. The key components and procedure, for example, vibration hammer, insertion guiding rod and its connection with steel cage, are introduced in detail. Experiments demonstrate that this construction method has advantages such as rapid installation, no mud or cement slurry, low noise, high production, low cost, high capacity and good quality.
