摘要
全球化是当今世界正在发生的现象,高等教育全球化趋势不可避免。我国高等教育对全球化的体认经历了从现代化到国际化、从国际化到全球化的历程。在高等教育全球化背景下,我国现代大学制度改革主要集中在政府放权、市场介入、大学自主、学术自由四大核心主题上。这四大主题是高等教育全球化在大学制度层面的反映。
Globalization is developing in the world, and the globalization trend of higher education is inevitable. Our understanding of higher education globalization experienced the periods from the modernization to internationalization till to globalization. Under the global- ization of higher education, the reform of modern university system in China mainly focus on such four topics as the decentralization, marketization, autonomy and academic freedom, which is also the reflection of higher education globalization.
