连续ECAP对纯铝热稳定性和织构的影响研究

The Study of the Impact of the ECAP-Conform Technique on Thermal Stability and Texture of Pure Aluminum

摘要 本文通过一种ECAP-Conform技术,经过多道次挤压及后续热处理工艺,研究了其对纯铝的热稳定性和织构的影响。结果表明:ECAP-Conform挤压1道次后,纯铝晶粒细化明显,强度和硬度明显增大,塑性明显降低,2道次后,晶粒变化不明显,纯铝的机械性能变化不大;纯铝经ECAP-Conform变形,具有一定的热稳定性,挤压4道次后温度超过200℃以后,纯铝硬度才明显下降;经ECAP-Conform变形,纯铝的各向异性程度大为降低。 The impact of the 'ECAP-Conform technique on the thermal stability and texture of pure aluminum after multi-pass extrusion and heat treatment process has been studied in this paper. The results show that after one ECAP deformation pass, aluminum grains are refined obviously, strength and hardness are significantly increased, plastic is significantly reduced; after two ECAP deformation passes, the grains aren't changed obviously, mechanical properties of pure aluminum aren't changed obviously. By ECAP-Conform deformation, thermal stability of pure aluminum is increased, and after four ECAP deformation passes, when the heating temperature exceeds 200℃, the hardness of pure aluminum is greatly decreased. After ECAP- Conform deformation, the dearee of anisotropv of pure aluminum is areatlv reduced.
