摘要
根据谐波平衡法的基本原理,应用一种新的优化方法,对毫米波混频器进行了优化设计,给出了W波段平衡混频器和分谐波混频器的优化设计结果。与微波混频器通用分析程序MIXANA的分析结果比较,一致性较好。该方法不仅为毫米波混频器的优化设计提供了可行的途径,也可用于其它毫米波非线性电路的优化设计。
A new optimization method based on the principle of harmonic balance technique is used for the CAD of millimeter-wave mixers. A Wband balanced mixer and a W-band subharmonically pumped mixer are designed. The optimization results agree with the analysis results obtained from the general purpose software MIXANA, which was certificated by the Education Commission of Jiangsu Province, very well. This new optimization method is not only powerful for the CAD of millimeter-wave mixers but also for the CAD of other millimeter-wave nonlinear circuits.
