水通道蛋白9在子痫前期患者胎盘中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨水通道蛋白9(AQP-9)在子痫前期患者胎盘中的表达和意义。方法应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法和免疫组织化法观察30例正常及60例子痫前期(轻度子痫前期30例,重度子痫前期30例)胎盘组织中AQP-9 mRNA含量及AQP-9蛋白表达。结果 (1)RT-PCR结果显示AQP-9在正常足月胎盘中灰度比值为0.064±0.026,轻度子痫前期为0.243±0.031,重度子痫前期为0.366±0.033,3者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)免疫组化显示AQP-9在胎盘合体滋养细胞有表达,在3者中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常妊娠晚孕者阳性率为60.00%,轻度子痫前期者阳性率70.00%,重度子痫前期者阳性率90.00%。结论 AQP-9在正常胎盘组织有表达,对维系胎儿的健康发育发挥重要作用。在妊高症中AQP-9表达增高,并与子痫的轻重程度呈正相关,提示AQP-9可能参与子痫前期的发生和发展。
