摘要
1978年以来的中国经济是转型发展经济 ,伴随着从计划经济转变为社会主义市场经济和经济的高速增长 ,我国经济的所有制结构出现了非均衡发展的现象。由于我国实行的是渐进式改革 ,体制改革与经济的非均衡发展难以协调进行 ,因此 。
China's economy has been a transformational one since 1978. With the change from the traditional planned economy into the socialist market economy and the rapid economic growth, the ownership structure of China's economy is undergoing an unbalanced development. The implementation of the step by step reform makes it difficult for the structural reform and the unbalanced economic development to keep a harmonious relation, therefore, producing a direct impact on the formulation and effect of monetary policy.
