摘要
文章综述了饲料中微量元素添加剂的发展历程,包括微量元素无机盐,微量元素简单有机酸盐、微量元素氨基酸螯合物,微量元素小肽螯合物四个阶段及相应的优势和存在的问题。并从猪、禽、水产动物、反刍动物四个领域阐述了饲料中微量元素应用研究现状,进而对其发展前景进行展望。
The article reviewed the development of trace element additive in feed, including four stages： trace elements inorganic salts, simple trace elements organic acid salts, trace element chelating with amino acid, trace elements chelating with small peptide. There are different ad-vantages and problems in each stages. This paper comprehensively described the present situa-tion of research and application of trace element additive in feed for swine, poultry, aquatic ani-mal and ruminant and its developing prospect.
