摘要
新疆是干旱区绿洲的典型区域,测算新疆农产品虚拟水的输出与输入情况,对干旱区绿洲的水资源环境的改善具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文基于虚拟水战略的视角,结合虚拟水理论和相关计算方法,实证分析并计算2006-2011年新疆主要农作物产品、林产品和畜产品的虚拟水贸易足迹。结果表明:新疆畜产品和林产品以及农作物产品中的棉花产品平均虚拟水含量较高;虚拟水出口量较大的是棉花、番茄酱、鲜干水果、肉和杂碎以及纸与纸板产品;虚拟水进口量较大的主要是棉花、皮革制品与锯材。此外,2006-2011年新疆农产品虚拟水贸易一直处于净输入状态,总计净输入5382.82×106m3,平均每年净输入约900×106m3,虚拟水净进口量在一定程度上缓解了新疆水资源的短缺和水资源承载压力。
It is of great theoretical and practical significance to measure the virtual water input and output of agricultural products and ameliorate the water environment in Xinjiang, a province in China typically abounding in oases in arid areas. From the perspective of virtual water strategy, adopting the virtual water theory and relevant calculation methods, this paper empirically analyses and calculates the virtual water trade footprint of major crops, forest and livestock products in Xinjiang from 2006 to 2011. The results show that: (1) livestock products, forest products and cotton have a generally high virtual water content on average; (2) products with relatively larger virtual water export volumes are cotton, tomato sauce, fresh or dried fruits, meat and offal, paper and paperboard products; (3) products with relatively larger virtual water import volumes are mainly cotton, leather products and sawn timber. In addition, this paper finds that virtual water trade of agricultural products in Xinjiang has been characterized by net inputs from 2006 to 2011, with a total net input of 5382.82×10^6m^3, about 900×10^6m^3 annually on average; virtual water imports to some extent relieved the water shortage situation and water carrying pressures in Xinjiang.
