摘要
采用真空铸造技术制备了Mg-Zn-Mn三元镁合金,分别在230、280、330℃对该合金进行挤压,并对合金成分、形貌、物相和体外生物腐蚀性能进行研究。结果表明:Mg-Zn-Mn镁合金经330℃挤压后,综合性能最好,组织为均匀细小的等轴晶,晶粒尺寸约为15μm,抗拉强度达250 MPa,耐腐蚀性好。
Mg-2Zn-0.2Mn alloys were melted in a furnace protected by Ar gas. The ingots were extruded at 230 ℃, 280 ℃ and 330 ℃ into a rod. The microstructure, mechanical performance and corrosion properties of the alloys were investigated. The grain size is significantly fined by extrusion. With the increase of extrusion temperature, the gain size becomes little bigger. The grain size of the alloy after extruded at 330 ℃ is 15 μm, the strength is 250 MPa, which can exhibit good corrosion property.
