摘要
采用MSP430F149单片机作为控制器的核心器件,设计了一种通用的多路数据采集系统,可以通过USB接口对数据进行快速传输。该采集系统是由传感器、信号调理、数据采集硬件、通用计算机、软件等要素构成。为了满足系统要求,硬件采用模块化、开放性设计,由软件来配置、控制。它具有8通道模拟量输入、8通道开关量输入/输出、日历时间等功能。整个系统由微处理器、日历时钟芯片、增益放大器、中文液晶显示、大容量存储器、USB等器件组成。
With a single-chip MSP430F149 used as the core device of the controller, a general multi-channel data acquisition system is designed in this paper, which transmits data rapidly via USB interface. The acquisition system is composed of sensors, signal conditioning and data acquisition hardware circuits, general-purpose computers, software and other elements. In order to meet the requirements of system, the hardware is designed modularly and openly under the configuration and control of software. It has some functions such as 8-channel analog inputs, 8-channel digital inputs / outputs, calendar time and so on. The system consists of a microprocessor, a calendar clock chip, gain amplifieres, Chinese liquid crystal display, large-capacity memory, USB devices, etc.
