摘要
建设生态文明是在新形势下推动科学发展认识上不断深化的结果。目前,南方林业在生态文明建设中未能充分发挥其作用,通过分析制约南方林业发展的主要问题,提出了推动城乡绿化一体化发展战略、大力发展碳汇林业、加强森林抚育经营等对策,旨在推进南方林业的可持续发展,为建设生态文明作出新贡献。
The construction of ecological civilization was the result of deepening understanding of the scientific development under the new situation. Forestry in Southern China has not fully functioned at pres ent. Countermeasures were put forward according to analysis of main problems of forestry developm＇ent in this ar ea, Which were ： promotion of the integration in urban and rural greening, development of carbon sequestration forestry, strengthen of forest tending and management, to energize the sustainable development of forestry in Southern China, and make new contributions to ecological civilization construction.
