摘要
建立"三沙水产品标签"制度的目的在于采用市场手段来发展三沙渔业、增加渔民收入、保卫南海岛屿主权和海域管辖权。"三沙水产品标签"的法律性质是渔业领域的地理标志、证明商标、无公害标签。这样的法律性质决定了设立"三沙水产品标签"的法律依据。"三沙水产品标签"制度中的认证标准、认证成本、认证机构以及认证的公正性和市场影响力等仍需深入探讨。
Establishing the system of aquatic products label from Sansha （APLS） is an effective market means to increase the incomes of the fishermen, promote the development of the fishery and defend our sovereignty o- ver the South China Sea. APLS in essence is the geographical indication, the certification mark and pollution - free label in the fishery area. Although the establishment and implementation of Sansha LEP system will be confronted some difficulties, these difficulties can be overcome.
