摘要
目的观察百令胶囊在慢性肾炎患者中的治疗效果。方法选取32例慢性肾炎患者并随机分为2组,每组16例。对照组采用低盐及优质蛋白饮食(0.8 mg/kg),积极治疗原发病及其他基础疾病,并给予对症支持治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加服百令胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d。对两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量(Upro)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血红蛋白、胆固醇、白蛋白等指标进行比较,并对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果对照组治疗后Upro、Scr及白蛋白较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),观察组治疗后Upro、Scr、白蛋白、BUN、血红蛋白及胆固醇水平较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组相比,Upro、BUN、Scr、血红蛋白、胆固醇及白蛋白变化更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为87.50%,对照组为56.25%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾炎患者在采用常规对症支持治疗的同时,加用百令胶囊治疗,可明显减轻蛋白尿及改善脂质代谢,对于改善患者病情及延缓疾病发展均具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the effect of Bailing capsule on patients with chronic nephritis.Methods 32 patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into two groups,16 cases in each group.Control group were treated with low-salt and high-quality protein diet（0.8 mg/kg）,aggressive treatment of the primary disease and other underlying disease.On the basis of control group treatment,the observation group was given bailing capsule （5 capsules,three times daily）.Urine protein quantitation （Upro）24 hours,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）,serum creatinine （Scr）,hemoglobin,cholesterol,white protein indicators of the two groups were compared.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,Upro,Scr and albumin of control group were improved significantly （P ＜ 0.05）,Upro,Scr,albumin,BUN,hemoglobin and cholesterol levels of observation group were significantly improved（P ＜ 0.05）.There were significant difference in Upro,BUN,Scr,hemoglobin,cholesterol and albumin changes between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（87.50％ vs.56.25 ％,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of conventional and supportive treatment,Bailing capsule treatment can significantly reduce proteinuria and improve lipid metabolism with great significance to improve the patient＇s condition and delay the development of chronic nephritis.
