摘要
本试验以普通房间和高温窖贮藏作对照 ,研究了软库贮藏甘薯的效果及保鲜机理 .结果表明 ,软库内相对温度高 ,温湿度变化小 ,冬季有一定保温作用 ,约有 1 CO2 积累 ,比较适宜甘薯贮藏 .贮藏 1 2 0 d后 ,软库内完好薯块为原重的 90 .1 普房 83.2 ,高温窖为 70 .0 ,营养物损失少 ,经济效益高 ,利润率达 2 6.1 普房 0 .4 ,高温窖为 6.5 .失重与感病是影响贮藏效果的主要原因 ,软库通过改善环境 ,控制薯块蒸发失水 ,抑制病菌繁殖 ,维持薯块耐贮性和抗病性 。
A comparison of different storage conditions, soft storehouse(SS), usual room(U R) and high temperature Jiao, pit for storing things in China, of sweet potatoes indicated that SS was the most suitable due to its higher relative humidity, smaller variation in humidity and temperature and a CO 2 accumulation of about 1%. After 120 days ' storage, the percentage of good sweet potatoes remained as high as 90.1% in SS as against 83.2% for UR and 70.0% for HT.In SS, weight loss was low, economic results were good, with a profit rate of 26.1% as compared to 0.4% and 6.5% for UR and HT, respectively. With an improved environment in SS, water loss through evaporation was depressed and disease infection was inhibited, thus improving the storage stability of the sweet potatoes.
