摘要
通过控制主要脱氧元素Si、Al含量,可以使钢液在真空条件下发生剧烈C、O反应,从而进一步降低大型钢锭中的氧化物夹杂、气体含量,使其达到高纯净化效果。本研究利用真空碳脱氧生产纯净钢的优势,在不同锭型上实施了双真空碳脱氧(DVCD)冶炼、浇注工艺操作,最终制备出T[O]≤15×10-6、[H]<1×10-6加氢反应器、电站类锻件产品用的高纯净大型钢锭。研究结果表明:真空碳脱氧作为钢液纯净化生产的一种手段,可以有效提高大型钢锭的纯净度;进行真空碳脱氧工艺操作,中间包使用滑动水口控制系统同样能制备出高纯净度的大型钢锭;对于中碳钢55A来说,只需控制钢液中Al含量,就可以实现很好的真空碳脱氧效果。
Under vacuum condition,intense reaction on C and O will occur in molten steel by controlling the content of main deoxidation elements Si,A1.The effects further reduce the content of oxide inclusions,gas in large steel ingots and thus result in a high purified level.In this paper,a series of high purified steel ingots,which serve as hydrogenation and electric power forging products,have been produced with the results of T[O] ≤ 15 ×10-6,[H]< l×l0-6 by double vacuum carbon deoxidation (DVCD) smelt and pouring steelmaking process.The results show that as a mean of molten steel purification,vacuum carbon deoxidation can effectively improve purity degree of large steel ingots; vacuum casting system oftundish adopting amenable slide gate nozzle can also produce high purified large steel ingot in vacuum carbon deoxidation; an effective vacuum carbon deoxidation can be obtained by only controlling [A1] content of molten steel for 55A.
