摘要
选用120头甘南高原全奶牦牛,按试验要求随机均分4组,每组3个重复,每组10头牦牛。分别饲喂含唐古特红景天为0、50、100、200mg/kg的紫花苜蓿-青稞秸-豆饼型基础日粮,饲养试验时间为80d。结果显示,唐古特红景天对全奶牦牛生产性能有极显著影响(P<0.01),高于对照组;试验4组的日采食量、鲜奶日产量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率和体况评分最高,且与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),试验3组的乳糖率最高且与对照组差异显著。结果表明,饲料中添加唐古特红景天可通过增强机体免疫功能和抗病性,滋补强身,补血益气,加快新陈代谢,从而提高奶牛的生产性能。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of the different addition level of tibetan medicine Rhodiola algida Var.tangutica on production performance of whole milk female yaks in Gannan plateau and approach to its mechanism.One hundred and twenty whole milk female yaks were randomly assigned to four dietary treatments with three replicates of ten each.The yaks received the same alfalfa-barley straw-soybean meal basal diet supplemented with 0,50,100,200 mg/kg Rhodiola algida Var.tangutica,respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 80 days.There was a significant effect of Rhodiola algida Var.tanguticaon production performance（P0.01）;daily feed intake,daily output of fresh milk,fat percentage,milk protein content and body condition score in the fourth group were the highest,and there was a very significant difference compared with control group（P0.01）.Milk sugar rate of the third group was the highest,and there was a significant difference compared with control group.These results indicated that Rhodiola algida Var.tanguticacould increase production performance of whole milk female yaks through enhancing the body immune function and disease resistance,enhacing the health,tonifying Qi nourishing blood and accelerating metabolism.
