摘要
目的:研究杠板归提取物对肿瘤细胞的体内外抑制率。方法:采用MTT法,观察杠板归提取物对多种肿瘤细胞的抑制率以及IC50;通过观察杠板归提取物对S-180肉瘤的抑制作用评价杠板归的体内抗肿瘤作用。结果:杠板归提取物对多种肿瘤细胞体外抑制率均较好,其中以乙酸乙酯部位最佳;乙酸乙酯提取物对S-180肉瘤具有较强的体内抗肿瘤作用。结论:抗癌灵乙酸乙酯提取物具有显著抗肿瘤作用。
Objective ： To observe the growth inhibitory effect of tumor cells by extracts of Polygonum peoroliatum L. in vitro and in vivo. Methods ： The anti - proliferative activities of several extracts against a quantity of tumor cells were eval- uated by MTT colorimetric assay in vitro. The result showed by inhibitory rate and ICs0. The inhibitory effects of several extracts on tumor growth in vivo were observed by the models of implanted sarcoma 180 （ S - 180） in mice. The result showed by inhibitory rate. Results ： Extracts of Polygonum peffoliatum L. Had anti - proliferative activities against several tumor cells in vitro, especially the ethyl acetate extract. The inhibitory rates of ethyl acetate extract on the growth of S - 180 were significant in vivo. Conclusion： Ethyl acetate extract of Polygonum peqColiatum L. has significant growth inhibi- tory effect of tumor cells.
