摘要
目的了解某煤矿工人高血压知信行现状,为煤矿工人高血压的防治提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样的方法,选取开滦集团某煤矿889名工人,对其进行高血压知识知晓情况和高血压的防治态度及行为情况的问卷调查。结果889名煤矿工人中,知道自己血压水平的占85.03%,高血压并发症中肾脏、视力模糊的知晓率分别为23.06%和44.32%。愿意接受高血压防治知识的工人占92.46%;但是愿意以限盐来控制血压的只占33.18%。多因素分析结果表明,文化程度是影响煤矿工人高血压知识、信念、行为的因素。此外,影响煤矿工人知晓高血压知识的因素有高血压病史、年龄;影响其信念的因素有高血压知识、高血压家族史;影响其行为的因素有信念得分。结论煤矿工人对高血压知识的知晓率偏低,从而也影响了良好信念的建立。该煤矿卫生部门应针对不同人群特征采取措施,改变煤矿工人的高血压预防知识现状。
Objective To explore awareness, attitude and behavior concerning hypertension in coal miners so as to provide criteria for promotion of prevention and treatment. Methods 889 coal miners from Kailuan Coal Group Corp. were selected as objects by stratified cluster sampling and investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. All data were set up by Epidata 3.0 and analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results 85.03% of coal miners were aware of their own blood pressure. The awareness rates of complications such as kidney diseases and eyesight decline were 23.06% and 44.32% respectively. 92.46% of coal miners were willing to accept hypertension knowledge; however, only 33.18% of them knew that decrease the salt intake would benefit the hypertension control. Results of multivariate analysis showed that education level affected KAP scores. In addition, the impact of hypertension knowledge on coal miners was history of hypertension and age; the impact of hypertension attitude was hypertension knowledge and whether they had family history of hypertension. The impact of hypertension behavior was A score. Conclusions The awareness extent of blood pressure in coal miners is rather low, so as its impact on attitude and behavior is rather poor and obvious. The relevant department of the Group should take appropriate measures to promote the awareness and knowledge of hypertension in miners so as to reinforce the prevention of hypertension in miners.
