摘要
为解决长距离带式输送机输煤系统走廊或栈桥内的火灾消防问题,每隔一段距离布置一套火灾自动检测与灭火装置,进行了火灾检测与控制一体化设计,给出了设备具体布置方式,并对检测与控制电路进行了详细的设计和分析。该套设备解决了长距离带式输送机输煤系统走廊或栈桥内在无人值守的情况下对火灾进行自动处理的问题,覆盖全面,安全可靠性高,成本低廉。
To solve the fire problem in the corridor or the trestle ot long belt conveyor tor coat conveying system. Arrange a set of automatic fire detecting and fire extinguishing equipment every other distance. The whole design for fire detecting and fire controlling, the specific arrangement for equipments has been given, and the circuit has been specifically designed and analyzed. It has successfully solved the problem of fire automatically handled in the corridor or the trestle of long belt conveyor for coal conveying system on the situation of unmanned. The long belt conveyor can be covered comprehensively with it, and the equipment has a high safe reliability and a low cost.
