摘要
电动汽车的普及已成为一种趋势。电动汽车规模的不断增长,对电力系统提出了新的挑战,也提供了新的机遇。在介绍电动汽车充电负荷特征的基础上,分析了其对配电网电能质量、配电网规划及经济运行等方面的影响,总结了电动汽车接入电网在参与系统调频调压、提供旋转备用、提高系统对间歇性能源接纳能力等方面潜在的经济效益,并探讨了电动汽车接入电网的负面影响和潜在效益的评估方法。最后,讨论了存在的问题和可能的研究展望。
With the popularization and application of electric vehicles (EV), the growing scale of EVs provides the power system with new challenges, as well as opportunities. Based on the introduction of EV's charging load characteristics, the paper analyzes its impact on the quality of distribution power, distribution network planning and economic operation, summarizes the potential economic benefits of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) in the aspects of participating in the system's frequency and voltage regulation, providing spinning reserve capacity and improving the system's capability to accommodate intermittent energy source, and explores the negative effects of V2G and evaluation methods of its potential benefits. Finally, this paper discusses the existiug problems in V2G and possible research prospects.
