摘要
患儿男，3个月。因黄疸行腹部B型超声检查示肝左叶实质性病灶，血管瘤可能。CT检查示肝左内叶1．9cm×2．5cm异常密度灶，肿瘤性病变可能（图1）。患儿谷丙转氨酶78U／L，AFP185ng／ml。体格检查：全腹平软，无压痛和反跳痛，右肋缘下可触及1．5cm质韧肝脏，未触及明显腹部包块。
