摘要
文章分析了海南休闲农业发展的现状,阐述了目前海南休闲农业保障体系不完善、政策法规不健全,政府扶持力度不够、发展休闲农业热情不高以及休闲农业科技支撑不到位、特色精品少等现行存在的问题。通过借鉴国外及台湾地区休闲农业的政策扶持和立法经验,提出了促进海南休闲农业健康可持续发展,要完善政策体系、发挥政府的主导作用,要加强立法建设、全面落实监督管理,要注重科技支撑。
The current situation of the recreational agriculture development in Hainan was analyzed. The problems of imperfect security system, unsound policies and regulations, scant government support, low enthusiasm for developing recreational agriculture, lacking science and technology support and less special eompetitive products in Hainan were discussed. Through the reference of foreign countries and Taiwan Region policy support and legislative experience on recreational agriculture, it was recommended to perfect the policy system, develop the leading role of the government, enhance the legislation amt supervision, pay attention to science and technology support, in order to promote the healthy sustainable development of recreational agriculture in Hainan.
