摘要
民生涉及老百姓基本的生存和生活状态。民生问题既表现为老百姓日常的生计与生活问题,又表现为具体的社会问题。当代中国民生改善具有重要的现实意义。改善民生既是转型期经济社会协调发展的需要,又是社会矛盾多发期维护社会稳定、促进社会公平正义的前提和基础。
People＇s livelihood is the common basic survival and living condition. People＇s livelihood problem can be thought as not only living condition issues, but also as social problem. Improving people＇s livelihood in contemporary China is not only the need of harmonious development of economy and society in the period of economic and social transformation, but also the premise and foundation to maintain social stability and social justice.
