摘要
气窜是几乎所有天然气井固井都面临的难题。针对固井后早期环空气窜问题,分析了气窜发生的原因及国外水泥浆防气窜能力评价方法存在的局限性。基于早期气窜理论,结合室内固井工程试验,从水泥浆静胶凝强度过渡时间、体积收缩率、失水3个参数入手,利用模糊数学方法,建立了水泥浆防气窜能力评价数学模型,提出了一种新的评价方法,并通过评价D2-5井准177.8 mm尾管固井水泥浆的防窜能力,验证了该评价方法具备一定的准确性。
Gas channeling is a thorny problem in the cementing process of almost natural gas wells. In view of early annular gas channeling problem alter cementing, this paper analyzed the causes of gas channeling and the limitations of evaluation methods of eemenl slurry. Based on early gas channeling theory, eomhined with laboratory cementing engineering experiments and beginning with Ihree performances such as the transition time of static, gel strength, volume shrinkage and API fihration, the mathematical evaluation model of anti-gas channeling ability of eemenl slurry was established and a new evaluation method was proposed hy using the methud of fuzzy mathematics. Finally, the anti-gas channeling ahility of cement sluny fnr Well D2-5 with Ф177.8 mm tail pipe cementing was evaluated hy the new method, which verified the accuracy of evaluation method.
