摘要
2012年初哈佛大学图书馆重组进一步虚化了总馆,强化了分馆与分馆之间的联系,由此体现出当代大学图书馆的分馆化发展趋势。在分馆化的进程中,国内大学图书馆要完善分馆的组织体制,合理分配总馆与分馆之间的资源,重新分配总馆与分馆的权力,最终形成具有较强独立性的学科分馆与相对虚化的总馆相结合的图书馆组织模式。
At the beginning of 2012 due to the recombine of Harvard University library the main library became virtual li- brary and strengthens the link between branch and branch that reflects the development trend of branch library in modem university library, in the process of branch library development we should perfect organizational system of branch library , reasonable alloca- tion resources between the main library and branch libraries , reallocation rights of the main library and branch libraries in order to form the library organization model combining independent branch with the relative virtual main library.
