摘要
目的评价丹参注射液辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的效果。方法将2011年4月～2013年3月本院收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组患者采用常规治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液辅助治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为92．50％，明显高于对照组患者的77．50％（P〈0.05）；观察组患者的腹痛缓解时间、腹部压痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复时间、尿淀粉酶恢复时间、白细胞恢复时间、血钙恢复时间以及平均住院时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论丹参注射液辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的效果确切、安全，值得临床推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Danshen injection in auxiliary treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from April 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into observation group（n=40） and control group（n=40）.The patients in control group was given conventional therapy,and the patients in observation group were given the Danshen injection on the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment effect of patients in the two groups was observed. Results The effective therapy rate of observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）;the abdominal pain relief time,abdominal tenderness relief time, blood amylase restoration time,urinary amylase restoration time,white blood cell recovery time,blood calcium recovery time and average hospitalization days were all significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Danshen injection for treating acute pancreatitis is efficacy and safety,which is worthy to be popularized.
