摘要
通过对影响因子的分析,给出了现有影响因子计算方法的局限性。在此基础上,给出了一些可以弱化这些局限性的方法,提出了一个新的刊物评价指标——加权生命周期影响因子,可望对学术期刊的影响力能够给出更精确的评价。对SCIE数据库收录的中国化学类期刊进行实证研究,通过对SCIE数据库及Scopus数据库收录数据的统计分析,给出了各指标的对比结果。
We gave some weakness of the IF (Impact Factor) advanced by ISI (Information Sciences Institute, USA). Based on the analysis of the reasons leading to the weakness, some methods were given to amend the weakness. A new index, the weighted global period accumulative impact factor, was given to improve the journal evaluation. Some chemistry journals of mainland of China which were indexed in SCIE were given for demonstrating, and the results were analyzing.
