高效好氧生物转盘—生物接触氧化一体化设备处理生活污水的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了高效一体化处理设备对生活污水的处理效果,同时对曝气量和污泥产量进行了分析。结果表明:在水温为15℃左右,生物转盘转速为5—15r/min的条件下,系统中COD_cr去除率为84%,NH4+-N去除率为53%,TN去除率为43%,TP去除率达80%。系统运行过程中未对生物转盘系统进行曝气,实现了节能降耗;同时,系统污泥产量低,达到了污泥减量化的目的。 The research studied the treatment effect of domestic sewage by applying efficient and integrated processing equipment, also analyzed aeration rate and sludge production of the system. The results showed that the rate of CODcr, NH4+-N and TN removal were 84%, 53% and 43% respectively and the rate of TP removal achieved 80%,under the water temperature was about 15 ~C and the speed of rotating biological contactor was 5- 15 r/min. The system of rotating biological contactor didn't aerate during the operation process, so achieved the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption; which has the advantage of low sludge production simultaneously, achieved the goal of sludge reduction.
