摘要
近年来,SAPO-34分子筛由于在MTO及气体吸附、分离等领域的独特性能,受到广泛关注。经研究发现SAPO-34晶粒大小对其在不同领域的使用性能有重要影响。如在MTO反应中小晶粒SAPO-34性能优异,而在某些气体净化分离领域大晶粒产品综合性能更好。文章通过对SAPO-34分子筛晶化机理研究,分析、讨论了在水热晶化过程中影响SAPO-34晶粒大小的各种因素。
Recently, SAPO - 34 molecular sieve were widely researched because of its particular properties in MTO reaction and the field of gas separation. It was found that the size of SAPO - 34 crystal was the very important factor which can affect its performance significant in the usage. For example, the small crystal of SAPO -34 performed well in MTO reaction, when the large one was better in some gas separation applications. The crystallization mechanism of SAPO -34 was discussed and try to find out how to control the size of SAPO -34 crystal.
