摘要
分子筛具有较大的比表面积和良好的吸附性能,而且稳定性高,无毒,所以很适合作为药物载体。其独特的孔道结构,对药物分子的扩散可以起到一定的限制,具有缓释作用,因此近些年受到了广泛关注。本文主要介绍不同类型分子筛作为缓释类药物载体的研究进展。
The molecular sieve was a kind of synthetic nontoxic aluminosilicate, which possessed large specific surface area, excellent adsorption property and high stability. Because of its unique hole - structure, it can decrease the released rate of the medical compounds and had sustained release effects, so it was very suitable for making medicine as the drug cartier. In now days, it attracted much attentions. The research progress of molecular sieve as release drug carrier was presented.
