摘要
对２００例混合痔患者在行外剥内扎手术中加行内括约肌切断术，术后有效的减轻了肛门疼痛，控制或避免了肛门水肿，改善了便秘症状，疗效满意．结合病例探讨了该术式的治疗机理．
Internal sphincterotomy was performed in separation--ligation operation on 200 cases with mixed hemorrhoid. After the operation, the anal pain was effectively alleviated, anal edema was controlled, and avoided, and constipation was relieved. The therapeutic effects were satis- fied. The therapeutic mechanism of internal sphincterotomy is discussed here for the treatment of the relevant cases.
