摘要
针对氨合成固定床反应器,基于Virtools对氨合成塔进行模拟程序开发及其虚拟系统构建等问题,首先,采用一维拟均相模型对三套管氨合成塔进行数学建模,利用Virtools软件VLS语言进行模拟程序开发,通过模型求解,得到反应器中温度和组成分布结果;然后,在3ds Max中对氨合成塔系统进行三维建模,并将模型导入Virtools中;最后,通过编译交互脚本BB模块实现与虚拟系统的数据交互和三维交互,构建三维情景化交互的氨合成塔虚拟系统。构建的氨合成塔虚拟系统沉浸感强、功能完善、交互操作逼真,可用于反应实验的仿真训练。
Based on Virtools, the simulation program and virtual system of the ammonia synthesis tower was developed. Firstly, 1D pseudo-homogeneous model was applied to build the ammonia synthesis tower mathematical modeling, the VSL language in Virtools was used to develop simulation program. After establishing the model, distribution results of temperature and compositions were gotten. Secondly, the 3D virtual system for the ammonia synthesis tower was built by 3DS Max, and then imported into Virtools. Lastly, interactive scripting of the building blocks was compiled, and achieved interaction with data of virtual system and 3D interaction. Then 3D interactive virtual ammonia synthesis tower system was built. The 3D virtual Ammonia synthesis column system was immersive, functional, high fidelity of interaction, could be used in chemical engineering experiment.
