摘要
依据重型自卸车的使用特点,进行了重卡自卸车双前桥转向系统的设计,应用UG NX6软件建立了转向系统的三维模型,并应用ADAMS软件从运动学的角度,对转向系统进行设计校核和优化,设计出适应重型8×4自卸车使用要求的转向系统。
The design of a heavy duty dump truck double front axle steering system has been completed, a three-dimensional model of the steering system has been established with the application of UG NX6 software and the steering system design verification and optimization has been completed with the application of the ADAMS software from the kinematic view point.Finally, a performance superior to use requirements adaptation heavy 8×4 Tipper steering system has been designed.
