摘要
通过对棉、涤纶和粘胶3种常见纤维在不同的混比下制成纤维混合体,并对这些纤维混合体的平衡回潮率和放湿过程进行了测试分析.结果表明,纤维混合体的平衡回潮率和放湿曲线与通常情况下采用加权平均方法计算出的理论值和曲线存在差异,这种差异与混合体内各种纤维的吸湿性能相关,当在混合体内混入低吸湿能力或高吸湿能力的纤维时这种差异会更大.
In this paper, three normal fibers cotton, polyester and rayon are made into different blending fiber samples according to ratio of the fiber, and the balance moisture regain and moisture release process of these samples are tested and analyzed, the results indicate there are differences between the measured and the theoretical value calculated by the weighted average about the balance moisture regains and the moisture release curves of the blending fiber samples, the differences relate to the hygroscopicity of fibers in sample, the differences would be increased when blend the high or low hygroscopicity fibers into the samples.
