开放截骨联合锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折畸形愈合 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨开放截骨联合桡骨远端锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折畸形愈合的方法及疗效。方法对陈旧性桡骨远端骨折畸形愈合17例行开放截骨合并桡骨远端锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果17例获随访8～15个月。根据Garlandand Werley评分方法评定腕关节功能：优11例，良3例，可2例，差1例，优良率82．4％。结论通过开放截骨联合桡骨远端锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折畸形愈合，能明显改善腕关节的外观，预防创伤性关节炎，为最大限度地恢复腕关节的功能创造条件。
