摘要
概述了我任《印制电路信息》杂志主编20年的某些过程。国家级杂志必须执行其相应的要求与规定。要有"奉献"精神和克服困难的勇气就能取得成果。提出和实行把《印制电路信息》杂志办成工程技术型杂志。《印制电路信息》杂志的主体内容是刊登PCB等行业中的具体"项目工程"和"产品生产"中的技术研究过程(实验与结果、试用效果,或者新工艺、新方法,或者创新产品等)、提高生产效率或改进产品质量取得并经济效益和社会效果等方面的文章/论文。同时指出,对工程技术型的杂志和文章论文的水平应从工程与生产的技术研究的角度进行评价!
This paper describes my history of twenty year as chief editor of printed circuit information. National grade magazine must follow the stipulations and requirements of the government. The positive result of working is out of the devotional spirit by overcoming difficulty. I proposed to develop printed circuit information as engineering type publication. The main content of printed circuit information magazine is to publish the articles of the technical research process in the engineering and product production （test and result, applied effect, and new process, new methods or new products et al）. I also pointed out that the evaluation criteria of article are the raised production efficiency and the improved product quality, and the achieved economic benefit and the social result.
