摘要
以优化资源利用方式为核心,以降低废弃物的排放为目的,探讨了"果园-食用菌-禽畜"模式的生产流程及循环路径。该模式以果园为纽带,食用菌栽培、禽畜散养等生态养殖循环模式相连接,实现种植养殖并举、节支增效同步、经济生态双赢,达到农业生产无害化和资源再生增值化的目的。并以山西省太原市晋源区武家寨村为实例,具体分析了这种模式的具体实践与经济、社会、生态效益。
Focusing on optimizing the resources utilization and aiming at reducing waste emissions, we approach the production process and cycling paths of "orchard-edible fungus-livestock" mode. The mode takes orchard as a bond to link the edible fungus cultivation with loafing livestock farming, and with cultivate and breed at the mean time, to cut down cost and improve benefit; to get economic and ecological win-win, to realize harmless production, and resources recycling and value rising in agriculture. We take Wujiazhai vallige, Jinyuan District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province as an example to make a specific analysis of the detailed practice and the economic, social and ecological benefits of this mode.
