摘要
随着我国城市化进程的日益加快,对当代新生代农民工自身素质提出了更高要求。加快建立当代新生代农民工的阅读服务保障机制,对于进一步提高当代新生代农民工文化素质,提升就业竞争能力,实现社会和谐发展具有重要意义。以常州市新生代农民工阅读现状为例,从更新观念、政策保障、企业培训、机构服务、社会关爱等方面,阐述了加快建立我国当代新生代农民工阅读服务与保障机制的具体思路和对策。
Entering into the twenty-first century, China＇s urbanization process is accelerating, which raises requirements on the quality of the contemporary generation of migrant workers. To accelerate the establishment of China＇s new generation of migrant workers reading services and security mechanisms, to further enhance the cultural qualities of the migrant workers of contemporary generation, to enhance the employability and achieve harmonious development of society are vitally important. In this paper explores the migrant workers of the new generation of Changzhou on reading, and proposes, from the ideas, policies security, corporate training, institutional services, social care and other aspects, to accelerate the establishment specific safeguard mechanism to read for the migrant workers of the new generation in China.
