摘要
试验选取偏关境内有代表性且立地条件相似的3个林龄组油松林,在林内采集不同厚度生物土壤结皮黏连的土壤,以及其下覆盖的不同层次土壤,通过对土壤微生物数量和酶活性的测定,探究生物土壤结皮对土壤生物学性质的影响。结果表明:1)生物土壤结皮覆盖下土壤的生物学性质明显优于无结皮覆盖的土壤,中结皮改良土壤生物学性质效果最佳;2)0~5cm土壤层(含结皮层)中微生物数量约占20cm以上土层的50%;3)结皮层土壤的土壤生物学性质明显优于结皮下层土壤,生物土壤结皮对土壤生物学性质的影响主要表现在结皮层及其下0~10cm土层中。
In order to explore the effects of biological soil crusts (BSCs) on the biological properties of loess plateau, 3 Chinese pine forests with different age groups and similar site conditions located in Pianguan, Shanxi province were selected to carry out the experiment. Soil samples with different thicknesses connected with the BSC and those under the BSC in different layers were collected. Soil microbial quantity and en zyme activity were measured. The results were concluded as follow: 1)Biological properties of under-crust soil were much better than un-crust soil, and the crusts with the thickness of 7--12 mm (defined as the medium thickness crust in this paper) demonstrated the best results in improving the quality of soil. 2)The proportion of soil microbial in crust and in 0--5 cm soil layer accounted for 50% of the total in the soil lay-er less than 20 cm thick. 3)Biological properties of BSC layers are much better than the layers below them. The effects of biological soil crust on soil biological properties mainly occurred in the crust and 0--10 cm soil layer.
