摘要
工学交替是指学生在学校学习与企业实习交替进行,实现理论与实践结合,学习与就业结合的一种培养模式。通过问卷、访谈和跟踪调查的形式,对近6年来本校所有参加了工学交替的给排水科学与工程专业本科学生的实习单位类型和就业情况进行调查分析。结果发现:学生工学交替和就业都倾向于到建筑施工和设计单位,学生就业单位类型与其工学交替实习单位类型有较大关联性;毕业生到与专业无关的单位就业的人数呈现下降趋势,表明给水排水专业毕业生就业形势趋好;工学交替模式能够促进学生结合自身情况就业,使学生的就业去向及职业发展道路更加明确。
Working and Learning Alternating is that University students learn and practice alternately,which is a training mode that combines theory of learning and Enterprise practice.This article through the questionnaire,interview and investigation form,researched for nearly six years all participated in the engineering alternation of water supply and drainage engineering for undergraduate students in practice unit types and the employment situation.The result shows that: students' work-study alternation and employment tend to construction and design units,and students' employment unit types and alternation practice unit types have great relevance;the number of graduates to the professional independent unit employment showed a trend of decline,which shows that water supply and drainage graduates' employment is getting better and better;working and learning alternating can promote students according to their own situation of employment,the students' employment and occupation development path are more clearly.
