Fenton法处理柠檬酸发酵废水技术研究

摘要 为了进一步降低柠檬酸废水化学需氧量(COD)值,本实验研究了Fenton强制氧化法对柠檬酸废水的处理,并对反应时间、Fe2+与H2O2添加量、反应pH值3个因素对出水COD值的影响进行了中试实验分析。实验结果表明:在合适的反应条件下,经Fenton强制氧化法处理的柠檬酸废水,COD值可降至60mg/L以下;Fenton强制氧化反应的最优条件为:反应时间5min,反应前pH值为5.0,Fe2+与H2O2添加量分别为50mg/L和60mg/L。 To minimize the chemical oxygen demand (COD) value of the waste water from citric acid production by Fenton advanced treatment tech- nology, the effect of four factors on the COD value were studied, including deposing time, Fe2+ and H202 amount, reacting pH and flocculant amount. Pilot scale experiment was done. The cost was analyzed, and the method to build the project was studied. The results show that the COD value of the waste water of citric acid could be reduced to 60 mg/L after Fenton advanced treatment. The best reacting condition was as follow: the deposing time 5min, the pH value before reaction 5.0, Fe2+ and H202 consuming amount 50mg/L and 60mg/L, respectively.
