基于矿山物联网的矿井突水感知关键技术研究 被引量:39

摘要 从感知矿山理念与物联网三层架构出发,以网络化测量、智能传感器、地球信息科学、数据挖掘等新兴学科与水文地质、采矿、地球物理等传统矿山学科相互交叉为手段,分析了矿井突水信息采集、传输、处理与预警技术现状,论述了矿山物联网条件下实现矿井突水感知的关键技术。在感知层,以网络化测量与智能传感器为关键技术,构建多物理场网络化分布式监测系统;在网络层,利用空间数据仓库、三维地学模拟系统和云计算搭建突水云服务平台,实现矿井突水多源异构信息的高效存取与三维复合分析,为构建突水专家云提供基础;在应用层,以多源信息融合为关键技术,提出了一种多模型组合的矿井突水预警方法,将静态预测与实时预警相结合,充分利用历史与实时数据,增大突水预警判据的信息量。最后指出了建设整个系统需要分3个阶段逐步实施。 From the concept of mine perception as the start point, multidisciplinary intersection and three-tier architecture of Internet of Things (IoT) were regarded was used as the research approach which contains new subjects like networked measurement, smart sensor, geo-information science, data mining, etc. and traditional mining subjects like hydrogeology, mining science, geophysics, etc. Based on the analysis of technology status of mine water inrush information acquisition, transmission, analysis and early warning, key techniques of water inrush perception in mine IoT were discussed. In perception layer, using networked measurement and smart sensor as the key techniques, a distributed monitoring system should be built for acquiring multi-physics fields' information. In network layer, using spatial data warehouse,3D geosciences modeling system and cloud computing, water inrush cloud service platform would be constructed to store, access and analyze multi-sources heterogeneous data in 3D. Based on that platform, experts from various domains could diagnose the inrush risk remotely which was called experts cloud. In application layer, taking multisources information fusion as the key technique, an early warning method using multi-models combination was proposed. Making full use of history and real-time data, that method combined static forecasting with real-time warning and increased the information content of warning decision-making. At last, three stages were proposed to realize the whole system.
