摘要
目的了解护理管理者对中医护理专科护士培训持有的态度及需求,为开展中医护理专科护士培训提供依据。方法对江苏省14所中医医院181名护理管理者进行调查,内容为护理管理者对中医护理专科护士的培训认可度及对中医护理专科护士的培训需求。结果护理管理者对中医护理专科护士培训整体认可度较高,为(19.86±2.39)分;期望以提高护士中医护理应用能力为培训目标(97.79%),期望采用医院西医学中医培训班(81.22%)和外出培训(80.66%)的途径,围绕临床工作需求,选用经验丰富的临床中医护士(83.43%)或《中医护理学》教学教师(79.01%)为培训教师,改革教学方法,增加实践比例及实践场所,以提升培训成效。结论护理管理者对中医护理专科护士培养的态度积极,针对培训需求开展中医护理专科护士培训,有利于打造中医护理专科队伍,促进中医护理可持续发展。
Objective To understand nursing managers＇ attitudes and demands towards training of TCM clinical nurses specialist,so as to provide references for training of TCM clinical nurses specialist.Methods Nursing managers from fourteen traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiangsu province were investigated about their recognition and demands on the training of TCM clinical nurses specialist.Results The nursing managers＇overall recognition on the training of TCM clinical nurses specialist was high with a score of （19.86 ± 2.39）.The nursing managers expected to make improving nursing application abilities of traditional Chinese medicine as the training goal （97.79％）,and expected to use training course in western learning in hospital （81.22％） combined with going -out training （80.66％）,centered on the needs of clinical work,chose experienced clinical nursing staffs （83.43％） of TCM or TCM nursing teachers （79.01％）,reformed teaching methods,increased proportion and time of practice and improved training results.Conclusion TCM nursing managers have positive attitude towards training of TCM clinical nurses specialist.Developing the training aimed at training demands is beneficial for the building of TCM clinical nurses specialist team,and promoting the sustainable development of TCM nursing.
