摘要
目的探讨自制中药烧伤解毒膏治疗87例烧伤患者疗效。方法 147例烧伤患者随机分为两组,观察组87例,对照组60例,观察组采用自制中药烧伤解毒膏治疗,对照组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗。两组患者的总疗效,换药时疼痛评分,细菌培养率被比较。结果观察组治愈80例,治愈率92%,对照组治愈50例,治愈率83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组换药时疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。用药10d后观察组细菌培养阳性者有3例(3.4%),对照组细菌培养阳性者有4例(6.7%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制中药烧伤解毒膏对烧伤患者疗效显著。
Objective To study the outcomes of burns detoxification paste on treatment of 87 cases of burn patient.Methods 147 patients with burn were randomly divided into two groups：the obsrvation group（n=87 cases） and the control group（n=60 cases）.The patients in the observation group were treated through burns detoxification paste,while the patients in the control group were treated with MEBO.The total effect,dressing pain score and bacterial culture rate of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Observation group 80 cases were cured,the cure rate was 92% and in the control group 50 cases were cured,the cure rate was 83.3%,difference of two groups was significantly（P ＆lt;0.05）.Observation group dressing pain score was significantly lower than the control group（P ＆lt;0.05）.After 10 days the observation group bacteria culture was positive in 3 patients（3.4%）,positive bacterial culture in the control group 4 patients（6.7%）,the two groups having significant difference（P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusions burns detoxification paste had a significant effect.
