医院信息系统下听力学信息化平台系统的临床功能及意义 被引量:7

The Significance and Structure Analysis on Function of an Information System for Medical Center of Clinical Audiology(MCCA^(IS301))Based on Hospital Information System

摘要 目的设计研发临床听力学检查随访智能化信息化平台系统并实现系统在临床应用的基本功能。方法基于医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)下通过软件开发、平台构建及数据库建立实现系统框架的总体设计,将临床听力中心各种品牌听力设备与院内相关子系统连接,通过制定临床使用流程实现软件功能及听力学信息化平台系统应用。结果听力学信息化平台是一套基于医院信息系统的听力学检查专科子系统,是对HIS功能的扩展。该系统的应用实现了临床5种品牌、10余种不同型号听力设备与听力学信息化平台之间、与HIS之间实时测试信息的转存与录入、数据检索与分析等功能;初步完成9套听力检查结果标准化输出的模板及5种格式听力检查数据的导出、3类听力检查数据自动统计等功能。结论临床听力学信息化平台系统实现了患者听力检测相关资料信息共享与保存,具有实用性强、安全的特点,是临床听力学数据信息化管理的有效手段。 Objective To design and develop a Information System for Medical Center of Clinical Audiology, (MCCA^IS301 ) . Methods The system framework was established by developing software, constructing user platform and creating database. An implication procedure was also established for clinical use for the MCCA^IS301. The MC CA^IS301 was connected with the Hospital Information System (HIS) in order to connect the equipment in the auditory clinical center and other clinical database system. Results The MCCA^IS301 was a new database system for hospital in formation management specifically designed for audiological tests. It provided an extra functions of the existing HIS system. The MCCA^IS301 could store the testing results from more than ten different hearing instruments made from five different companies. The data from the MCCA^IS301 could be transferred to the HIS system. The results of the MCCA^IS301 could be retrieved and analyzed using the HIS system. MCCA^IS301 system had nine sets of standardized hearing testing results, five output formats and three statistical analyzing functions. Conclusion The MCCA^IS301 is an effective information management system which has a strong practical use to improve the efficiency of daily audiology data analysis. The MCCA^IS301 using digital technology moves the audiology data analysis from a manual low efficient stage to an effective and intelligent level.
