摘要
利用光纤激光对45号钢进行了激光熔凝强化处理,研究了激光功率对单道和多道激光熔凝层深度的影响,并分析了熔凝层组织、显微硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明,单道激光熔凝硬化层组织主要为马氏体,硬度可达HV 750,深度达到1.0 mm以上。多道激光熔凝硬化层平均硬度约HV 450,硬化层显微硬度呈周期性变化,后道激光处理对前道硬化层存在回火软化作用。激光强化处理后的试样相比于未处理试样,抗磨损性能提高了约50%。
45 steel was remehed by fiber laser in this study. The effect of laser power on the remehed layer depth was investigated based on single pass processing and multi-passes processing. The microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance of the harden layer were also analyzed. The result indicates that the martensite is the dominating microsturcture in the remehed layer, and the microhardness reaches 750 HV for single pass processing. The depth of remelted layer is more than 1 mm. On the other hand , the average microhardness is about 450 HV after multi-passes processing. The microhardness distribution of the remelted layer changes periodically owing to temper softning effect by the later laser pass. Compared with the untreated samples of 45 steel, the wear resistance increases about 50% by the fiber laser remelted.
