摘要
分析了我国棉花杂交种利用的现状及制种方法,提出了制约杂交棉发展的因素是繁琐的制种方法和过高的种子成本。在分析光温敏不育系应用现状的基础上,论述了棉花光温敏雄性不育系在不同温光条件下的育性转化、恢复源广阔、杂种优势显著、制种简便等杂交制种方面的优势及其应用前景。
By analyzing the present situation and seed production method of cotton hybrid,the bottleneck was cumbersome seed production method and higher cost,which restrict development of hybrid cotton.Based on the analysis status quo of the application of photoperiod-thermo sensitive sterile lines,the advantages of photoperiodthermo sensitive male sterile cotton,such as fertility transformation thoroughly,restore the source wide,obvious heterosis and easy hybrid seed production were discussed.It had better development prospect for cotton hyrid seed production using photoperiod-thermo sensitive sterile lines.
