摘要
根据中、小跨度钢筋混凝土简支梁桥承载能力极限状态方程,提出一种基于结构可靠性理论的典型车辆限载取值分析方法。首先以受弯构件抗力和恒载效应为相互独立的随机变量,以汽车荷载标准值效应限值为常量,建立汽车荷载限载系数反演分析模型;通过给定结构容许失效概率与设计采用的活恒载比值,反算理想抗力桥梁与按原规范设计桥梁的汽车荷载限载系数。为简化分析,以原桥梁设计规范车队荷载中的三轴载重汽车与五轴载重汽车为典型限载车辆模型,通过引入设计汽车荷载标准值效应与典型车辆荷载总重呈近似线性关系的假定,应用汽车荷载限载系数计算典型车辆荷载限值。最后,以3根在役钢筋混凝土空心板梁现场静载试验验证所提限载分析模型的正确性。
According to the limit state function of short-and medium-span reinforced concrete beam bridges, a reliability-based analytical model is presented to determine the typical truck weight limits. Firstly, by considering the resistance of flexural member and dead load effect as independent random variables and assuming the truck load effects as constants, a back analysis model is established to determine the truck weight limits on highway bridges. Given the live load to dead load ratio and the permissible probability of failure, the truck weight limit factors relative to design truck load effects can be back calculated for the bridges with ideal resistances and those designed according to previous bridge design specifications. To simplify the analysis and determine the truck weight limits, the three-axle truck and five-axle truck specified in the previous bridge design specifications are selected as typical truck models. By assuming the typical truck gross weight approximately proportional to the nominal truck load effect, the typical truck weight limits may be calculated by using the truck weight limit factors. Finally, the proposed analytical model was verified based on the field static load tests of three actual reinforced concrete box beams.
